To start, cancel, or transfer service the Urbandale Water Utility asks that all customers contact the office in advance to get set up and for more information at 515-278-3940. Residents will need to fill out an Application for Water Service Card. A deposit is required for service and is refunded after a good payment history of 2 years or if move prior. All residents will pay a non-refundable service charge of $5.00.
