The Urbandale Water Utility is proud to offer its customers Direct Pay as a convenient, free method of payment. With Direct Pay, payment of your monthly statement is automatic – saving you time, effort and postage. You will receive your water bill before the automatic payment is made. Your financial institution will automatically deduct the amount due from your checking or savings account on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the payment will be withdrawn the following business day.
To establish Direct Pay, please complete and print the form below and submit it to the Urbandale Water Utility with a voided check. A voided check is required to establish Direct Pay. Authorization forms received after the 10th of the month will be effective the following month.
Through the Urbandale Water Utility’s partnership with Paymentus for online account access, customers are also able to establish recurring payments. Please note that these methods are subject to the convenience fee assessed by Paymentus.
